ASC easily defeats Sahgal Stud/Simbhaoli to win the Maharaj Prithi Singh Cup (6 goal) in Delhi at the Army Equestrian Centre Polo Ground.

As the score shows the 1st game between Arty and Sarosh Mitsuwa & Bulbul was a very closely fought for 3rd place.  Arty started with 1 1/2 goals on handicap.  The difference between the team scores throughout the match was rarely more than a goal or two.  With 2 seconds to go in the game Arty was leading Sarosh Mitsuwa & Bulbul by 1/2 a goal with the score at 10.5  - 10 in their favour.  However, Manupal Godara in great style snatched the game away from Arty leaving them without an opportunity to regain the lead.  Sarosh Mitsuwa & Bulbul defeated Arty 11 - 10.5.

The 2nd game was the final between Sahgal Sud / Simbhaoli and ASC.  Compared to the previous game this ended up being a very tame final.  Till the end of the 2nd chukkar it was a close gamw with ASC leading 4-3.  However, the Sahgal Stud father son combinations of Gaurav & Rajesh Sahgal and Angal & Gurpal Singh were no match for the ASC team with Simran Shergill, Gurtej Pandher, and NS Khera scoring at will.  ASC defeated Sahgal Stud/Simbhaoli with a final score of 10 - 4.5.
