Both the teams were 14 goals each, displaying excellent stick work and horsemanship. The first chukker was totally in favour of Cavalry (White) in which they scored 5 goals. Maj Ravi Rathore scored a goal for Cavalry (white) in the 2nd chukker to increase the lead 6-0 goals. Gerardo Mazzinni converted a 40 yard penalty and Satinder Garcha added one more goal for Elevation in the 2nd chukker. The 3rd chukker was in favour of Elevation in which Gerardo mazzini scored 4 goals to level the score 6 -6. In the 4th chukker Santiago De Estrada and Hamza Ali scored one goal each for Cavalry (White) to increase the lead 8 – 6. The last and final chukker played at very fast pace. Both teams came on the field with their best pony power Gerardo Mazzini scored 3 goals for Elevation and took the lead 9 to 8 for the first time for Elevation but Maj Ravi Rathore scored a brilliant goal and level the score 9 – 9. During the dying seconds Santiago De Estrada scored the winning goal for Cavalry (White) and won the match.

Second league match of the Pool A was played between Cavalry (White) and Drakon in which Cavalry (White) beat Drakon by 10 goals to 7.5. Manupal Godara scored 1st field for Drakon who started with 1-1/2 goal on handicap and Dhruvpal Godara added one goal each in 2nd and 3rd chukker whereas Cavalry (White) scored 3 goals in the 1st chukker and 2 goals in 2nd chukker and 4 goals in the 3rd chukker. The score was 9 to 4-1/2 at the end of 3rd chukker. In the 4th chukker Cavalry (White) scored one goal while Drakon scored 3 goals to reduced the margin 7.5 goals to 10.

The second league match of pool B was played between Elevation and Horse & Wagon which was low scoring match and Elevation beat Horse & Wagon by 5 goals to 3. Angad Kalaan was lone scorer for Horse & Wagon who scored all 3 goals whereas Gerardo Mazzini scored 4 goals and Satinder Garcha scored one goal for Elevation.

In the first league match of Pool B Cavalry (Red) defeated Horse & Wagon by 9 goals to 8. Guillermo Tarera converted two penalties for Cavalry (red) while Angad Kalaan opened the account for Horse & Wagon in the 1st chukker. In the 2nd chukker Cavalry (red) scored 3 goals while Horse & Wagon scored 4 goals. The score ws tied at 5 - 5 at the half time. In the 3rd chukkar both teams scored 2 goals. In the last chukker Angad scored which put Horse & Wagon ahead 8 - 7, however, HRH Maj Tunku Ismail Ibrahim scored a goal to equalize. In the dying moments of the last chukker Tarera converted a 30 yard penalty to clinch the win for Cavalry (Red).

1st league match of the pool A was played today at the Army Equestrian Centre, Delhi Cantt. Cavalry (Black)/Chougan beat Drakon by 10 goals to 5-1/2. Dhruvpal Godara scored 1st field goal for Drakon who started with 1-1/2 goals handicap whereas Basheer Ali scored 2 goals and Lt Col Tarun Sirohi scored one goal for Cavalry (Black)/Chougan in the 1st chukker. In the 2nd chukker Maj Navjit Sandhu scored one goal for Cavalry (Balck)/Chougan while Drakon could not score any goal. During 3rd and 4th chukker Cavalry (Black)/Chougan scored 3 goals while Drakon scored one goal in 3rd chukker and 2 goals in the 4th chukker.
The final score was 10 to 5-1/2.
