ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION:

Falls due on 1st April of each year payable within 60 days after which interest is chargeable @ 2%. Every Member except those who own horses which are stabled in the premises, are charged on compulsory Minimum Ride per month as per Rules.

HOW TO APPLY:

Application forms are available at the club office on payment of Rs. 50. Forms should be filled and submitted duly proposed and seconded by 2 members who shall have been Patrons, Life, Ordinary and Outstation Ordinary Members of not less than ONE YEARS standing and who should have known the candidate for a minimum period of ONE year. The application form must be accompanied by the requisite fees as stated above, which will be considered as Earnest Money. On acceptance of the applicant as a Member by the committee, after a Sub-Committee interview the earnest money will be treated as entrance fee. In case an applicant is not found acceptable by the Managing Committee the earnest money will be refunded. In such an event the amount of the bill for club's facilities enjoyed by the applicant in the meanwhile, will be deducted from the monies paid at the prevailing rate as charged for the guests and the balance amount if any will be refunded. Either the Proposer or Seconder MUST accompany the candidate at the time of interview.

"Just met" candidates are those who are proposed or seconded by members not known to them for more than one year and shall pay an additional deposit of Rs. 2,000 to the fees as stated above.

Temporary Members and Foreigners wishing to become Members of the club need not necessarily know the Proposer or Seconder for the minimum period stipulated. Foreigners wishing to take the membership of the club will forward their application duly signed by their Employers / Head of Department. The same rule is also applicable to Service Membership.

Candidates for Membership to the club who have paid the requisite fees with the application are entitled to commence riding immediately afterwards pending acceptance of their membership. Riding age for enrollment of a member is suggested to be 6 years of age and above.
